Hatch Green Chile Powder

Hatch green chile powder has a rich, earthy aroma with a fresh green chile character. The flavor is savory and slightly sharp, with heat that builds to a medium-hot level rather than hitting all at once. Because it’s finely ground, it blends easily into sauces and stews without overpowering other ingredients. This powder keeps the distinct taste of green chiles available year-round.
