Minced Onion

Dried minced onion is made from coarsely chopped, dehydrated onions, offering a robust, savory flavor with a slightly milder intensity than fresh onion. Its convenient, shelf-stable form allows for easy use without added moisture. Use about 1/3 the amount of dried minced onion in place of fresh onion in soups, sauces, marinades, rubs, roasted vegetables, meats, and spice blends to add consistent onion flavor and texture with minimal prep.
