Marisa selected a 50/50 blend of Mission and Ascolana olives to create an oil that is vibrant, balanced, and full of character. Mission olives offer fresh green, grassy notes, while Ascolana olives deliver a bold, peppery finish.
Inspired by the lively character of our belovedOlio Nuovo, this special release was created to tide you over until the next harvest. Drizzle it over salads, finish grilled meats and vegetables, enjoy it with fresh bread, or use it anywhere you’d reach for your favorite extra virgin olive oil.
